: Well, I don't serve Nietzsche, so I can't satisfy myself to listen to this fertilizing-and-utilitarian-as-a-rotting-compost advice from a dead philosopher.

Hi reza
we have not yet fully digested your suicide text but offer the following indistiguished comments on the nietzsche point
firstly and facetiously, surely you of all people would not hold a philosopher's deadness against him
secondly, The points made in the posts above I think were more to do with nietzsche's writings regarding 'the despisers of the body' (etc.) than the aristocratism/compost complex. In this regard it links up with the suicide thread though, since suicide is surely the limit case of the individuated mind's denying the body - The body presumably does not autonomously suicide (although we could talk about cancer etc. in this way?)- One always kills One's Self, and so it has been called the most narcissistic act (this maybe is where V was going with his suggestion that it sends 'the wrong messages').
The discussion also linked Vaunng/Ruin's fierce spiritual abasement with the same kind of partial overwhelming of the body's material energy with the virulent codes of Reason.
Nietzsche of course worked harder than anyone to uncover the roots and growth of this kind of perversion. I suspect, thought, that you're going to say that it is to be encouraged to its limits rather than understood and disassembled. But is that any more than a question of taste (saying with deleuze, that concepts are just like music or paintings)?
